Poet, Writing The Pain Away As You Forget About Your's

Introducing Poet, a 20 year old singer and songwriter from the DMV area with a strong aptitude for creating very melodic, pop punk type of records, with an already very impressive discography dating back to just January 2020. Since then, Poet has developed his craft with divine timing as he's dropped 5 songs since the start of his career. Ensuring quality over quantity, Poet continues to improve with each release.

Although a love for music was always there for Poet, actually making music of his own was not always in the picture. It wasn't until Poet's freshman year of high school that he started to write music as a way to vent with depression and social anxiety. This would lead to his first ever song release that would inevitably draw a phenomenal reaction from listeners all around and help Poet jumpstart his music career and start moving things in the right direction.

The positive feedback Poet received after dropping music for the first time would also help influence his motive for making music. Poet has dreams of being a star, but what sets him apart is his fearlessness in speaking his truth and spreading a positive message. Poet is known for making beautiful records and telling stories of his personal life, beliefs, and struggles as a way of bonding with his audience, making it a goal of his to ensure those that listen to the lyrics understand that they are not alone in their thoughts and feelings.

Poet has truly began to solidify himself in the industry as a professional as his sound and creativity levels have undoubtedly improved since he first started recording music. With a knack for making hits, Poet has goals of taking things to the next level and turning his dreams into reality. After signing with a record label last month by the name of, 'We Are Triumphant," Poet is planning on making a move to LA to perform his first show, but first needs to collect his thoughts and plan accordingly, seemingly emphasizing the importance of keeping a strong mental and keeping your life in order. Poet has shown to be a very thoughtful and collected individual on a mission to shift the culture and make a positive impact on the world.

As of recent, Poet has continued to work on music, collaborating with others along the way. Just this past week, Poet teamed up with recording artist, 'Suisside' to make smash hit, 'Insects' which is now Poet's most recent release to date. Poet has yet to officially announce release dates of any future projects but has told us he's currently working on his first full length project, 'Purgatory."
